- Keep school district quality in mind, even if you don’t have school age children. School district quality is always an important factor for your home’s resale popularity.
- Northeast, Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City, and Comal Independent School Districts tend to have higher ratings than Judson Independent School District. Judson ISD is known as an athletic, but not necessarily academic, power house. Northeast ISD is usually recognized as the highest rated school district in the area.

- Average home sale prices in the Randolph AFB commute area average approximately $200,000, but range from approximately $40,000 for older homes to $850,000 for some newly constructed homes.
