77 Days Left For San Antonio Home Buyer $8000 Federal Tax Credit

If you’re a first time home buyer or haven’t owned a home in the last 3 years, you qualify for the up to $8000 Federal tax credit program; but, unless the program is extended by Congress, you must close on your purchase by November 30, 2009 to reap the benefit.
It’s September 14. That leaves only 82 days to find a home, negotiate the purchase, arrange funding, and close on the sale.
Don’t take a chance on losing your tax credit by waiting until the last minute to launch your home search. Do it now!
