The total # of homes for sale is 111 compared to 106 in Feb.,which reflects single family homes only. And 11 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 9 in Feb. Avg. price of a home in the Black Hills is $186,684 compared with $174,382 in Feb. with an average of 80 days on the market compared to 96 in Feb. Sellers have been receiving 96.98% of their asking price compared with 97.45% in Feb.
